Johnson Controls seeks an Enterprise RTR Finance Lead to drive record-to-report improvements in a global ERP transformation. This role partners with key stakeholders to design future-stateRTR models, establish governance, and ensure compliance across geographies and reporting jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has extensive finance transformation experience, strong ERP knowledge (SAP S/4HANA/Oracle Fusion), and a track record of successful governance and change management across complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience with ERP transformation and RTR processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with OneStream is a plus.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Record-to-Report process rationalization and governance at the enterprise level.
• Design future-state RTR processes across geographies and reporting jurisdictions.
• Oversee ERP implementation and alignment with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion.
• Benchmark and document exceptions; drive process standardization and automation.
• Partner with global process owners and finance leadership for improvements.
• Support policy updates, process guides, and change management activities.
