Metso is seeking a Global Process Owner, Record-to-Report to own and develop the global R2R process. You will set standards, governance and roadmaps, driving automation and data quality in collaboration with Finance, IT and key stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have S/4HANA FI/CO expertise, IFRS reporting experience, and a proven ability to influence global teams. Hybrid work options are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or economics required.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and global reporting experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional finance transformations.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop Metso's global Record-to-Report process and governance.
• Drive automation, data quality, and standardisation across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, IT, Market Areas and Business Areas to shape target state.
