Jabil in Chihuahua, MX seeks Direct Quality Engineers to operate within assigned responsibilities with high efficiency and integrity, representing the quality function of technical support for global customer accounts.

Direct Quality Engineers will recruit, interview, coach, and develop quality staff, drive performance metrics, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure standard processes and proactive action on quality issues across manufacturing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading Quality Engineering teams and technical staff.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and interview Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• Coach Quality Engineers/Technicians in interviewing and hiring.
• Monitor turnover and implement improvements.
• Develop and validate training curricula in area of responsibility.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
• Establish measurable goals and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics.
