Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a Quality professional to oversee inspection processes, direct IQC staff, and lead containment and resolution of supplier quality issues across programs. You will evaluate supplier performance and drive improvements through the SCAR process, reporting to the Quality Manager.

Key duties include designing inspection plans, coordinating corrective actions, supporting NPI activities via the AQP process, and maintaining RoHS compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with supplier quality and NCR/SCAR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement supplier quality strategies.
• Lead containment and resolution of supplier issues.
• Drive improvements via SCAR and DOE/Gage R&R analysis.
• Develop inspection plans and methods; direct IQC staff.
• Monitor supplier performance and communicate with customers.
