Job summary

VTECH TECATE SOUND SYSTEMS seeks a seasoned PMO professional to own end-to-end account management for new product introductions and ongoing production across multiple sites. You will bridge global manufacturing capabilities with client requirements, driving cross-department alignment to deliver on time.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, 3–5 years in project management or account coordination within manufacturing, and experience with ERP systems and logistics.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required for international accounts.
• 3–5 years of project management/program coordination experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and global logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end account portfolio for NPI and mass production models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plants in China and Mexico for transitions and sustained production.
• Plan and monitor master scheduling to meet global milestones.
• Manage day-to-day commercial issues including order fulfillment and invoicing.
• Provide operational support and handle ad-hoc strategic initiatives as needed.
