Job description

The NPI Project Manager is responsible for working in collaboration with the leadership team to lead cross-functional New Product Introduction projects for high-speed cable cartridge assemblies — managing design transfer through EVT, DVT, PVT, production launch, and mass production ramp, while ensuring adherence to customer and stakeholder requirements.

  • Partner with Planning, Purchasing, and suppliers to manage BOM readiness, long-lead components, shortages, and material availability against the launch schedule.
  • Coordinate process validation, line qualification, equipment acceptance, test correlation, yield improvement, and production-ramp activities.
  • Serve as the primary program interface between the Mexicali factory, global product teams, and key internal stakeholders, providing clear status, decisions, risks, and recovery plans.
