BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

We are seeking a highly dynamic Data Analyst to join a team in a multi-faceted role that bridges the gap between data insights and creative execution. The ideal candidate is a multitasking expert who can transition seamlessly from building a Power BI dashboard to designing high-impact visual assets or managing SharePoint environments. You should thrive in fast-paced settings and be comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI to drive business decisions.
• Creative Design: Produce professional-grade visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud, including image editing (Photoshop), vector graphics (Illustrator), and motion graphics (After Effects).
• Platform Management: Build and maintain SharePoint sites and utilize Microsoft Forms for data collection and workflow automation.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create high-level presentations in PowerPoint and perform advanced data manipulation in Excel.
• Communication: Coordinate with global teams, requiring Advanced English proficiency for both written reports and verbal presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Data Analyst, Digital Design and Interactive Media, or related fields
• Expertise in Power BI for data storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects are essential).
• Experience managing SharePoint architectures and creating Microsoft Forms.
• Previous experience with Quick Base is a significant plus.
