Job summary

Nilfisk is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to lead cross‑functional teams focused on proactive and rapid resolution of customer product quality issues. You will drive the CA process, enhance reporting systems, and coach teams in the Technical Failure Reporting (TFR) system and 8D problem solving to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management and corrective action processes.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams to analyze and resolve customer product issues.
• Familiar with Technical Failure Reporting (TFR) system and 8D problem solving.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and quality tools (e.g., 5W2H, cause & effect diagrams).
• Promotes a culture of quality and doing it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to analyze and resolve customer product quality issues.
• Develop and industrialize Nilfisk Product Quality reporting system and CA process.
• Train personnel in TFR system and 8D problem solving.
• Drive reduction of customer complaints, scrap, and warranty costs.
• Escalate and manage quality issues per governance processes.
