PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks a Global Proc Assoc Analyst to join the Tactical Buy team. You will execute spot and tactical buying processes, perform supplier negotiations, and support the adoption of myBUY across LATAM, Europe, and beyond.

You will analyze PRs, ensure policy compliance, and help drive continuous improvement while collaborating with a team of seven and possibly travel to PEP sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to analyze sourcing data and processes.
• Proficient with SAP/Ariba and Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
• Intermediate English; basic Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Execute tactical buying processes and supplier negotiations.
• Identify vendors, obtain quotes, and ensure policy compliance.
• Process PRs in Ariba after TB bidding and track savings.
• Deliver spend analysis and support automation initiatives.
• Lead trainings for category users and support adoption.
