With 3+ years in post production, you’ll oversee timelines, briefing, and tools like Frame.io, Excel, and Google Workspace. You’ll drive process improvements and ensure high‑quality outputs on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar post-production role supervising projects across commercial, digital, and TV/broadcast.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery schedules for projects and secure deadlines.
• Review client and internal requests to identify tasks and timelines.
• Build resource plans and schedule production teams across multiple projects.
• Oversee post-production process from start to finish and maintain visibility on status and risks.
• Brief team on delivery objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and keep stakeholders aligned on next steps and ETAs.
• Create and maintain charts, trackers, and schedules for clarity and efficiency.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and drive process optimization across projects.
