IQVIA is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support clinical trial delivery by working with clinical teams to optimize timelines, budgets, and quality. The role involves dashboards, milestone coordination, and maintaining regulatory filings across projects.

The candidate will contribute to cost control, risk mitigation, and accurate reporting for senior management, leveraging English proficiency and prior project management or clinical research experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Typically +2 years of relevant experience.
• Ideally 1 year of clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills or project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Establish and manage performance dashboards and analyze events to determine follow-up actions.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely updates of milestones.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage project finances including cost tracking and invoicing.
• Maintain eTMF filing compliance and support audits.
• Prepare project status reports and communications for teams and customers.
