Job summary

IQVIA in Mexico City is seeking a highly organized Studio Project Manager to join our global creative operations team.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of creative, marketing, events, video, and studio projects, partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries and driving delivery from intake to completion.

The role requires 5–8 years in project management, strong organizational and stakeholder skills, advanced English, and a Bachelor's degree; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in PM, coordination, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Advanced English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from intake to delivery across creative, marketing, events, video, and studio operations.
• Manage a high-volume of requests, balancing priorities, timelines, and resources.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate work across creative teams, studio leads, marketing ops, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, handoffs, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges.
• Maintain visibility through reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
