Job summary

IQVIA in Mexico City is seeking a Manager for Market Access Consulting to lead multi-project engagements, mentor junior staff, and deliver data-driven insights for senior clients in the US healthcare market.

You will oversee predictive modeling, client communications, and proposal development while expanding your knowledge of healthcare strategy and analytics. Travel up to 25% is expected as projects require.

Qualifications

4-6 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas (master's degree a plus).
Project or team management experience.
Demonstrated leadership in previous positions.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, strong quantitative skills, and be a proven team contributor.
An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry.
Exceptional project planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral); C1 or C2 level
Exceptional IT literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel (SQL is a plus).
A willingness or ability to travel as needed (10-25% on average).

Responsibilities

Lead multiple project teams to ensure effective planning, organizing, and management of strategic analyses using a wide variety of Big Data assets to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
Lead internal brainstorming sessions and collaborate with engagement team members throughout client engagements.
Synthesize complex data and information into actionable results and recommendations from the evaluation of secondary data sources.
Lead team in the design and execution of sophisticated predictive models to inform contracting strategies and brand performance modeling.
Design, structure, and deliver reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
Develop client relationships through effective communication and be a thought partner to client teams.
Manage the work of junior team members across multiple client engagements.
Oversee the development project work plans for engagement teams.
Assist in the identification of follow-on work or new leads and the writing of project proposals.
Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.
Assist with recruiting new team members and participate in the interview process.
