Essity is seeking a Payroll Team Leader to oversee payroll operations across Mexico and Central America. You will lead a team of payroll professionals, ensure accurate and timely payroll, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to drive improvements.

The role requires experience in multinational payroll environments, strong knowledge of payroll systems and tax compliance, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will influence regional processes and deliver exceptional employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Solid experience leading payroll operations across multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll controls, taxes, and social security requirements.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with regional stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll delivery across Mexico and Central America.
• Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and payroll regulations.
• Coach and develop Payroll Specialists and Administrators.
• Escalation point for complex payroll matters and policy guidance.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and system improvements.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
