Paysend is seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure the health of the transaction ecosystem and rapid resolution of issues affecting money movement. You will work with real-time data and tools like Oracle SQL, Postman, OpenSearch, and Grafana to trace transactions and keep services running smoothly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple incidents under tight SLA windows.
• Basic skills in SQL (Oracle SQL preferred).
• Experience with Grafana for monitoring and alerting.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch and API documentation (Postman).
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume transaction environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and administer the transaction flow using Oracle SQL, Postman, and OpenSearch.
• Maintain the business-critical payment services.
• Interact with partners about transaction flows.
• Investigate transactions flagged for manual parsing and document root-cause analyses.
• Investigate transactions stuck in pending status and elevate when needed.
• Provide incident response and generate detailed incident reports.
• Coordinate releases and verify system health after deployments.
• Read API documentation to troubleshoot partner integrations.
