Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst / Optimization Analyst to join the Global Strategic Optimization team. You will translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve authorization, routing, and performance for LATAM merchants.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Product, and technology teams to drive measurable improvements and client value. The role requires 3–5 years in analytics or optimization within payments, strong SQL and BI tool skills, and fluency in English

Formación

• 3–5 years of analytics or optimization experience in payments or related fields.
• Experience analyzing transaction and payment performance data to inform client recommendations.
• Experience engaging directly with clients and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve authorization performance and routing.
• Support cross-functional stakeholders with performance monitoring and opportunity identification.
