The role requires flexibility for weekends/nights/holidays and on-site work, with opportunities to drive continuous improvement and talent development across shifts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to push/pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance for a safe work environment.
• Communicate policies and act as the primary information source for the team.
• Develop performance goals to meet customer demand and ensure quality.
