Qualifications

• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with global teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and data-driven analysis.
• Experience conducting robust data analysis to inform decisions.
• A proven ability to break down complex problems.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (tech, consulting, PM, or strategy).
• Track record of achievement in academics, work, or sports.
• Curiosity and impact-driven mindset.
• Ability to build a solid business case and rally others.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and monitoring metrics.
• Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams.
• Managing project prioritisation and execution.
• Defining playbooks and processes to enable hyper-growth.
• Managing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Identifying and developing financial and growth opportunities.
