The Subject Matter Expert at Pfizer Global Operations Service Centre in Mexico City leads end-to-end data services for commercial and marketing operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in global operations service delivery.
• Hands-on Incentive Compensation experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Sales Force Management or Medical Samples Management.

• Drive process excellence across in-scope services and automate where possible.
• Lead global standardization and collaborate with stakeholders across markets.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and manages transitions or expansions.
