Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Delivery Subject Matter Expert within the Global Operations Services Centers (GOSC) to oversee end-to-end data services for assigned markets, including reporting, sales force enablement, e-permissions, and incentive calculation.

Based in Mexico City, you will work from a Pfizer office three days per week, collaborate with global stakeholders, drive standardization and automation, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of insourced and outsourced activities.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation is mandatory.
• Experience in Sales Force Management or CRM support for sales teams or Medical Samples Management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in Global Operations service delivery or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardization, optimization, and automation of in-scope services.
• Cooperate with stakeholders on global standardization and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure desktop procedures and process documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
• Act as SPOC for global projects and lead transformations for GOSC LT.
• Lead and support service transitions and geographical expansions.
