Nu is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer for Global Office IT Physical Infra in Mexico City. The role ensures standardization of IT Rooms, sizing, and deployment across Nubank’s global offices, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

You’ll drive documentation, capacity planning, and operational alignment across sites. You will lead critical infra activities, coordinate multi-discipline deployments, and maintain technical standards while working in a hybrid model with travel to sites

Formación

• Experience with mission-critical infrastructure in corporate offices or data centers.
• Strong hands-on command of HVAC, structured cabling, optical fiber, and low-voltage power systems.
• Proven experience coordinating multi-discipline deployment projects (cabling, electrical, mechanical, civil).
• Experience managing infrastructure vendors from spec to execution to acceptance.
• Track record of maintaining clear technical infrastructure documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and size IT Rooms for expansion with technical specs and capacity planning.
• Execute deployment projects and coordinate end-to-end logistics.
• Interface between internal teams and external vendors, translating requirements into specs.
• Coordinate build-out with construction/engineering teams to ensure early-stage compliance.
• Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and topology diagrams.
• Ensure alignment between physical infra and IT operations, including cabling and power distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement in availability and efficiency of IT Room infra (HVAC, cabling, fiber, power, generators).
• Assess global IT Room portfolio and standardization opportunities across sites and countries.
