Flowserve is seeking a project manager to oversee Original Equipment projects from PO receipt to cash collection. You will ensure on-time delivery, manage budgets and margins, and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering, 2+ years of experience, PMP or equivalent, and fluency in English and Spanish, with travel about 15%.

Formación

• B.S. degree in Engineering; Industrial or Mechanical preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Strong ability to manage complex situations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; travel ~15%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on assigned Original Equipment projects.
• Manage the project portfolio from Purchase Order receipt through Cash Collection.
• Ensure on-time delivery of backlog, cash flow, margin, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with the contractual scope of supply, delivering according to timelines.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication, building strong customer relationships reflecting Flowserve’s values.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional project team members.
• Lead risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper management and completion of all project documentation.
