Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of scientific research, product development, or advanced engineering experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading technical projects in NPI, Product Development, or Manufacturing Engineering environments.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing process development.
- Collaborate with Technology, Manufacturing, and Project Management teams to ensure successful project execution and product commercialization.
- Analyze data, perform root cause and failure analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to technical and manufacturing challenges.
- Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives to improve product quality, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that support business and operational goals.
- Communicate project status, risks, challenges, and technical recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment while supporting compliance with company safety standards.
