Job summary

Solera is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Operations Center (NOC) in Mexico City to lead a team of 25 analysts and four team leaders. The role focuses on 24/7/365 support for Solera’s SaaS platforms and infrastructure, driving incident response and process adherence.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT service delivery leadership and hands-on technical experience, with strong English communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within IT service delivery.
• 6+ years of hands-on technical experience in the same field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Knowledge of IT service management tools, ITIL processes, and ITSM frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and automation technologies.
• Experience coordinating or contributing to service delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Run the 24/7/365 Network Operations support team and ensure incident management processes are followed.
• Lead IT professionals, provide guidance, mentorship, and assign tasks.
• Regularly review KPI data to enable data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Manage departmental projects from initiation to completion with scope, milestones, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, controls, and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Train team members and share knowledge through documentation.
