Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in a leadership/management role within IT service delivery, plus 6+ years hands-on technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Run our global 24/7/365 Network Operations support team and ensure incident management processes are followed.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regular collection and review of KPI data to drive data-driven decisions.
