Accenture México is seeking a seasoned Engineering Transformation and PLM consultant to help leading retailers modernize PLM processes, enable Digital Twin capabilities, and drive R&D digitization across programs.

You will collaborate with global teams, develop reusable assets, contribute to proposals, and coach stakeholders to adopt new PLM solutions such as Centric PLM and Flex PLM in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• MBA or postgraduate studies are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in Engineering Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for clients.
• Develop relevent assets, offerings in Retail PLM Enablement and liaise with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings.
• In-depth understanding of Retail Processes, Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread areas.
• Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams.
• Enable transformation in R&D utilizing PLM capabilities by creating business processes for design, data management and supplier collaboration.

Looking for motivated and proactive professionals with exceptional skills in Retail and PLM Transformations focusing on enhancing clients‘ PLM processes and systems. As a Consultant, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of PLM Transformation for the Retail, Fashion & Apparel Industry

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver in Engineering Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients
• Develop relevent assets, offerings in Retail PLM Enablement and liase with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings
• In-depth working and understanding of Retail Processes, Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread areas
• Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams
• Enable transformation in R&D utilizing the PLM capabilities by creating business processes for Package/Product design, Specification Management, Bill of Material Management, Document Management, Product Structure, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing (qualitative & quantitative) and supplier collaboration and more.

Additional Responsibilities (as Needed)

• Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering Transformation Capabilities
• Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s Engineering Transformation offering and support recruitment, training, coaching
• Support management in RFP, Estimation and work breakdown
• Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of Retail business function, Retail PLMs, BOM Management and Digital Thread Space
• Experienced in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations
• Preferred PLM package includes Centric PLM, Flex PLM, Bamboo Rose, Infor , BlueCherry, VisionPLM , Kubix Link PLM etc.
• Knowledge and exposure to advanced PLM technologies
• Well-versed with PLM Modules and Capabilities across multiple industries
• Good understanding of PLM and Retail Industry Processes
• Aware of best practices in Retail PLM Industry
• Strong project management skills
• Good understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, Specifications, BOM, Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread areas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Advanced English level.
• MBA or postgraduate studies are desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural and global teams.

Additional Skills and Capabilities:

• Functional experience in an Engineering Division, Product Development, New Product Launch, R&D Prototyping, or Innovation Management in Retail, Fashion & Apparel Industry
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
