Accenture México seeks professionals to join its Global Consulting Network focused on Smart Connected Products, IoT, and Digital Engineering. As an Analyst or Consultant, you will work with client stakeholders to shape strategies and deliver innovative connected product solutions.

You will engage with跨-functional teams in a hybrid, multicultural environment across Mexico City and Monterrey, applying Agile delivery and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements focused on Software Defined Products and Smart Connected Product initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end IoT solution development, from strategy and architecture through deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, hardware integration, product development, and analytics.
• Support the design, creation, and launch of innovative connected products and digital platforms.
• Develop strategic recommendations and operating models that enable business transformation.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across diverse global teams.

We are looking for motivated and proactive professionals with experience in Smart Connected Products, Software Defined Products, IoT Solutions, and Digital Engineering Transformation.

As a Analyst or Consultant, you will work closely with client stakeholders and Accenture leadership teams to define, shape, and deliver innovative connected product strategies and technology solutions that drive business outcomes and accelerate digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on Software Defined Products and Smart Connected Product initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end IoT solution development, from strategy and architecture through deployment and scaling.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, hardware integration, product development, and analytics.
• Support the design, creation, and launch of innovative connected products and digital platforms.
• Develop strategic recommendations and operating models that enable business transformation.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across diverse global teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Software Defined Products, Smart Connected Products, and IoT ecosystems.
• Product Owner or Product Management experience supporting connected product initiatives.
• Knowledge of Embedded Systems, hardware-software integration, and digital device development.
• Experience working with sensors and communication protocols such as GPIO, SPI, I2C, and CAN.
• Understanding of software quality management, testing strategies, and product lifecycle governance.
• Experience leading implementation programs from requirements definition through deployment and post-production support.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong understanding of connected systems architecture and digital product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus.
