As an Analyst/Consultant in the CPG/Pharma stream, you will partner with managers to define PLM enablement, BOM, and master data management strategies and deliver scalable digital twin and thread initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in CPG/Pharma Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients.
• Support clients in defining and harmonizing product master data, specifications, formulations/recipes, BOMs, packaging information, documents, attributes, and classification structures to enable integrated and scalable PLM processes.
• Contribute to the development and industrialization of reusable assets, accelerators, methodologies, and offerings across PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, and Digital Twin & Thread.
• Apply industry leading practices and emerging technologies to translate business requirements into differentiated PLM capabilities that drive operational efficiency, data consistency, and business value.
• Collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers to shape offerings, support client engagements, and continuously enhance Accenture’s PLM capabilities and market propositions.
• Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams

Looking for Motivated and Proactive professionals with exceptional skills in Engineering and PLM Transformations to produce quality deliverables for the client. Support organizations within Consumer Goods (Food & Beverage, Personal Care)and Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences related industries.

As a Analyst/Consultant in CPG/Pharma, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of PLM Enablement, BOM Management, Master Data Management and Digital Twin & Thread

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver in CPG/Pharma Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients
• Support clients in defining and harmonizing product master data, specifications, formulations/recipes, BOMs, packaging information, documents, attributes, and classification structures to enable integrated and scalable PLM processes.
• Contribute to the development and industrialization of reusable assets, accelerators, methodologies, and offerings across PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, and Digital Twin & Thread.

Additional Responsibilities (as Needed)

• Support integration of PLM processes with Quality and Regulatory requirements
• Track requirements, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s ED offering and support recruitment, training, coaching
• Work with R&D and product development teams to understand how product information evolves from concept through commercial production.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, transformation, migration, and validation activities during PLM implementations.
• Implementation experience on multiple mid-to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, ECM, Master Data Management and Digital Thread Space
• Designing end-to-end product development and lifecycle processes
• Translating business requirements into functional and technology solutions
• Experience working across multiple functions, business units, or geographies
• Experienced in PLM, Process & Engineering Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations
• Preferred PLM package includes: Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault, PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP PLM
• Well-versed with PLM Modules and Capabilities across multiple industries
• Good understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management, Digital Twin/Thread & Eng. Orchestration and Product compliance areas
• Support management in RFP, estimation and work breakdown

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Advanced English level.
• MBA or postgraduate studies are desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural and global teams.
