Qualcomm Intl Inc., Mexico Branch Office seeks a Network Engineer to join its IT Networking team in Mexico City. You will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot data center infrastructure with spine-leaf CLOS topology, collaborating with teams in India and San Diego on a follow-the-sun model.

You will perform configuration changes, firmware upgrades, incident response, and documentation for a high-availability data center environment, applying industry standards and pursuing continuous improvement.

Formación

• 3+ years of Networked Systems-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of Networked Systems-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot data center network infrastructure based on CLOS topology.
• Perform configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance on data center switching platforms.
• Respond to data center network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution within SLAs.
• Execute standard change requests following established procedures.
