Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in Mexico City seeks a Multinational Service Analyst to support issuance of policies, endorsements, and certificates and ensure AML compliance. The role analyzes information from networks and coordinates client or broker data to proceed with documents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Insurance/Financial Services, advanced business English, and a collaborative, proactive mindset to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably in international business or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Consumer Goods industries.
• Advanced English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) at business level.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information from network to issue policies, endorsements, certificates as needed.
• Request information from clients or brokers to proceed with issuance of documents.
• Comply with local regulations for Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• Develop relationships with brokers and act as the link between external clients and internal areas.
• Contribute to area growth by analyzing and negotiating increases of handling fees based on claims history and required support.
