Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in Mexico City is seeking a Multinational Service Analyst to support issuance and renewal of policies, endorsements, and certificates for multinational clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze information, coordinate with brokers and internal teams, and act as the critical link between external clients and AIG to help achieve KPIs and maintain timely, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluent business English (spoken, reading and writing).
• Bachelor’s degree in international business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Consumer Goods industries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information from network to issue policies, endorsements, certificates as needed.
• Request information from clients or brokers to proceed with issuance and comply with local regulations for Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• Develop relationships with brokers and act as the link between external clients and internal teams as needed.
• Contribute to growth by analyzing and negotiating increases in handling fees based on history of claims and level of support.
