Advanced English language proficiency (business level), including speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

Analyze information from network to issue policies, endorsements and certificates as needed.
Request client or broker information to proceed with issuance of documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with brokers as the link between external clients and internal areas.
Analyze and negotiate potential increases of handling fees based on claims history and support needs.
