Flex is seeking a Mold Maker Leader to join our Reynosa, Tamaulipas operations. You will plan, lead, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance for injection molds, supervise Toolmakers, and drive improvements to tool life and product quality.

You will coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to ensure mold reliability, meet schedules, and uphold safety standards. Fluent English is preferred—join a global manufacturing team.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with injection molding tooling and maintenance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance for injection molds to ensure availability.
• Lead Toolmakers in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Manage mold spare parts inventory and critical spare requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and suppliers.
