Samsung SDS Latin America is seeking a Global Mobility professional to support immigration services, tax questions, and HR processes within the LATAM region. The role focuses on guiding policies, ensuring compliant transfers, and coordinating with local providers.

Responsibilities include managing immigration documentation, preparing KPI reports, and supporting cross-border transfers involving Korea, Mexico, and LATAM. Open to professionals with diverse backgrounds and disabilities.

Formación

• Experience with immigration processes and policies.
• Knowledge of tax residency implications in Mexico.
• Project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the LATAM Regional Office in managing the activities of local immigration service providers.
• Working in accordance with immigration policies, transfer policies, and application governance.
• Guiding the team regarding immigration application processes and policies.
• Acting as a consultant on labor, tax, and social security matters.
• Managing applications for all global mobility programs.
• Overseeing and ensuring the immigration processes for foreign employees and their families, including new applications and renewals.
• Preparing weekly visa status reports, KPIs, and monthly reports.
• Supporting the LATAM RO with intercontinental and regional employee transfers (inbound/outbound) involving Korea, Mexico, and the LATAM region.
• Managing immigration documentation and requirements.
• Analyzing residence permits (visas), work permits, and their impact on tax residency in Mexico.
• Support RO LATAM and SDSK reports and other activities related to Mexico HR.
