Walmart de México y Centroamérica is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead strategic initiatives, guide engineering teams, and deliver scalable digital solutions powering the retailer.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep Java expertise with Spring Boot, and a track record of mentoring engineers, coordinating cross-functional partners, and advancing cloud-native architectures.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in computer science or related field.
• Proven experience leading software projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, with RESTful API design.
