Turner & Townsend is seeking an EBMS MEP Program Manager Coordinator to partner with Design & Construction, General Contractors, OEMs, and site teams for seamless EBMS integration. You will coordinate ITPs for MEP, BMS, and Fire across multiple sites, leading with the CQCP team and coordinating with OEM representatives and MEP subcontractors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent or Mechanical Engineering expert.
• Experience with project management and AI tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Quicksuite, Power BI, MS Project, AI and Machine Learning, Claude, etc.).
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Knowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26)
• 7+ years MEP coordination experience
• 5+ years with BMS or PLC systems
• PMP or Six Sigma certification
• Experience managing projects across multiple time zones
• Remote team coordination experience
• Ability to travel up to 25% in the U.S. and Canada

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Owner’s Construction Quality Control Plan (CQCP) team and Owner’s Construction Manager with design and construction teams.
• Lead MEP coordination and EBMS integration across 60–100 North America sites annually.
• Develop and maintain site-level tracking across a portfolio of projects in different phases.
• Manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment.
• Collaborate with D&C Pre-Construction and Construction Managers.
• Track and report New Construction KPIs for EBMS.
• Resolve MEP-related delays, escalations, and RFIs.
• Ensure commissioning and third-party Cx coordination standards are met.
• Oversee MEP components of new construction and retrofit programs.
• Verify ECM sequences are setup for launches and coordinate with IT for startup readiness.
