Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced MEP Quality Project Manager for data center construction projects in a full-time on-site role. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases from planning to closeout, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and ensure QA/QC across MEP systems while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Required: a bachelor’s in engineering/architecture/construction management, 8+ years of construction PM experience, and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong experience managing commercial, industrial, warehouse, retail, or similar construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing QA/QC processes across MEP.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and construction quality management practices.
• PMP, QA/QC, or ISO certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project meetings and provide regular executive-level progress reporting.

The Project Manager is responsible for providing full project management services and on-site construction oversight, acting as the client's representative to ensure successful project delivery in terms of safety, schedule, cost, quality, and technical performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of project execution, from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Maintain ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, contracts, risks, and stakeholder management.
• Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan (PEP), ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements.
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, construction progress, and project reporting.
• Manage project risks and ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Ensure the implementation and compliance of QA/QC programs throughout all project phases for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) scopes.
• Verify construction activities, materials, installations, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
• Oversee quality inspections, punch lists, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and project closeout documentation.
• Review and monitor testing and commissioning processes, ensuring complete and compliant turnover of all MEP systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and field teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, record control, inspection reports, test records, and as-built deliverables are completed and maintained.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project team.
