Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning and startup of MEP systems for mission-critical data center projects. This role ensures electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems are tested, validated, and delivered to meet project and client requirements.

You will develop commissioning plans, manage schedules, oversee FAT/SAT/IST, coordinate with contractors and vendors, track issues, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of commissioning experience with MEP systems, preferably in data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commissioning activities for critical MEP systems, including power, cooling, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and controls.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, testing procedures, and turnover documentation.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, functional testing, IST, and system startup.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track commissioning issues, RFIs, risks, and corrective actions through project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
