Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) seeks a Manager, Membership Growth Operations in Mexico City to drive and execute strategic growth initiatives. You will coordinate projects, manage internal communications, oversee membership processes, and support chapter launches across regions.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder engagement across time zones. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a growth or development role.
• 3 years of project management experience required, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven track record of driving growth initiatives and achieving membership targets within membership-based organizations or associations is preferred.
• Experience in guiding cross-functional teams to execute strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Experience in event management, including handling program budgets and coordinating marketing efforts, is preferred.
• Ability to travel as required to support regional and chapter growth initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Cross-Regional Insight & Global Trend Monitoring: review and synthesize regional notes and identify trends for growth.
• Communication and Meeting Management: organize calls, manage newsletters, and coordinate events.
• Membership Operations Support: oversee applications, onboarding, and membership inquiries.
• Chapter Launch Coordination: support coming-soon chapters and launch prep.
• Project Coordination and Vendor Liaison: track timelines, deliverables, and external vendors.
• Data Management and Reporting: audit data, design surveys, monitor engagement.
• Growth Portfolio: liaison across Recruitment, Member Engagement, and Accelerator Teams.
