Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is a global nonprofit membership network for entrepreneurs. EO seeks a Designer to deliver high-quality creative work across digital, print, social, email, and web, partnering with senior creatives and marketers to bring campaigns to life with speed and craft.

The role requires 2–4 years of design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, a strong portfolio, and the ability to produce production‑ready files while maintaining EO brand standards.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and Figma.
  • Portfolio showing strong design fundamentals across multiple channels and formats.
  • Experience working within established brand systems and templates.
  • Ability to deliver production-ready files for digital and print.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Craft-focused, with strong attention to typography, alignment, and detail.
  • Fast and flexible, with comfort juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Brand-aware, with the ability to stay consistent while adding fresh ideas.
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and reliable in follow-through.
  • Organized, keeping files, assets, and workflows tidy and easy to find.
  • Experience in a nonprofit, membership-based, or global organization.
  • Basic motion, video editing, or web design skills.
  • Exposure to accessibility standards for digital design.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Wrike.

Responsabilidades

  • Create branded assets for email, social media, web, presentations, digital campaigns, events, and internal communications.
  • Design print materials including signage, handouts, flyers, one-pagers, and event collateral.
  • Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for different channels, formats, regions, and audiences.
  • Support web design needs by creating page mockups, graphics, user interface assets, and visual updates for websites and landing pages.
  • Apply EO brand standards consistently across all creative output.
  • Work from established templates while contributing fresh visual ideas within EO brand guardrails.
  • Organize files and maintain asset libraries to support team efficiency and reuse.
  • Collaborate with writers, marketers, video teammates, and developers to deliver integrated campaign assets.
  • Make edits quickly and accurately based on feedback from stakeholders and senior creatives.
  • Source imagery, icons, and visual references that support strong storytelling and member engagement.
  • Prepare production-ready files for digital and print distribution.
  • Support event design and campaign launches with timely, detail-oriented execution.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Designer delivers high-quality day-to-day creative work across digital, print, social, email, presentation, and web needs. This role supports the Creative team by producing clear, engaging, on-brand assets for EO campaigns, communications, and member experiences. The Designer works closely with senior creatives, marketers, writers, developers, and video teammates to bring work to life with speed, care, and craft.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Production
  • Create branded assets for email, social media, web, presentations, digital campaigns, events, and internal communications.
  • Design print materials including signage, handouts, flyers, one-pagers, and event collateral.
  • Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for different channels, formats, regions, and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Compensation: 22,500-25,000 MXN Gross Monthly Salary

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / ROLE CONDITIONS
  • This role is primarily sedentary/light work and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and video-conference platforms.
  • The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
  • The role requires travel up to 5%
  • The role requires occasional early morning/evening meetings across time zones
  • The role requires lifting/moving up to 5kg, as applicable.
