Emerson in Guadalajara seeks a Global Manufacturing Operations Testing Engineer to lead test strategy and execute comprehensive validation of manufacturing processes and products. You will own end-to-end testing approaches, collaborate across manufacturing, quality and engineering teams, and drive improvements to maximize yield and product reliability.

Formación

• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to read drawings/specifications.
• Programming experience in Delphi, C/C++, VB, Python, XML, HTML, SQL, CSS and Linux bash.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement production test hardware and software.
• Standardize test processes across global sites.
• Design for Testability (DFT) with Design Engineering groups.
• Configure server and network infrastructure for test processes.
• Mentor technicians and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive digitization tools to aid decision making.
• Maintain automated data capture for quality analysis and traceability.
