Emerson in Guadalajara seeks a Global Manufacturing Operation Testing Engineer to lead and execute production test strategies, validating electronics manufacturing processes and product quality. You will design, implement, and optimize test methods, work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and drive improvements in test efficiency and data-driven decision making.

You will also mentor technicians, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and stay ahead of innovative test

Formación

Strong knowledge of electronics.
Associate degree in electronics or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and related methods.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications.
Programming experience: Delphi, C/C++, VB, Python, XML, HTML, SQL, CSS, Linux bash.

Responsabilidades

Develop, design and implement production test hardware and software.
End-to-End test strategy ownership across ICT to functional system test.
Analyze test data to identify trends and root causes.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
Support new product introductions by validating manufacturing readiness.
Mentor technicians and guide troubleshooting efforts.
Develop digitization tools and maintain automated data capture for QA.
