Cisco is seeking a TEST ENGINEERING TECHNICAL LEADER to guide the Global Manufacturing Operations team in deploying new test infrastructure, improving yield and cycle time, and enforcing security and process controls across manufacturing sites in Mexico.

You will mentor a distributed team, collaborate with data analytics, and drive end-to-end test strategies from ICT to system tests, while communicating in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and test roles.
• End-to-end test strategy including ICT to functional tests; optimize test time, throughput, detection vs escape, and cost.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, C++, Java, LabVIEW) and data analytics; strong understanding of test tech and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global deployment and transition of new test infrastructure and platform.
• Drive Manufacturing Test Continuous Improvement, evolution, and resiliency globally.
• Collaborate with technical specialists on data analytics to inform decisions across Manufacturing, Assembly and Test.
• Develop and deploy security solutions across manufacturing sites; act as primary GME engagement point for security policies and deployments.
• Mentor and guide distributed team of test engineers.
