Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Partner Inventory Manager to own end-to-end inventory and supply with contract manufacturers and ODMs. You will be the primary contact for manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment with Cisco’s supply chain requirements and performance metrics, while driving process improvements.

You will lead cross-functional projects, generate reports, and optimize supply chain processes across a global manufacturing network, contributing to Cisco’s operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7 or more years of professional experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Detailed professional experience handling end-to-end inventory and supply processes with contract manufacturers or ODM partners.
• Professional experience applying manufacturing processes, procedures, and lean principles within an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and communicating requirements with internal teams and external supplier organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory and supply management processes with assigned contract manufacturers or ODM partners.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory and supply processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver reports on process progress and outcomes to internal collaborators and manufacturing partners.
• Analyze interdependencies between business processes and supply chain metrics.
• Lead transformational project work to improve business processes and supply chain systems.
