Tetra Pak in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Consultant to drive World Class Manufacturing improvements with TPM, Six Sigma and lean methods.

You will coach client teams, lead engagements across regions, and help implement Daily Management Systems while traveling up to 75% to customer sites. This role emphasizes practical problem solving and measurable business impact.

Formación

• Degree in chemical or industrial engineering or related field.
• MBA is desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong experience implementing WCM, Six Sigma, TPM in manufacturing.
• Experience selling consulting or working in client-facing environments is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver customer improvement programs using WCM methodologies to reduce losses and improve productivity and cost performance.
• Coach, train, and enable customer teams in TPM and manufacturing excellence practices.
• Lead customer engagement and governance activities to align objectives and drive outcomes.
• Support the implementation of Daily Management Systems to strengthen performance management.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and knowledge sharing.
