Job summary

PKC NA is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee contracting and performance of transportation and warehousing providers across North America and international lanes. You will drive cost efficiency, service reliability, cargo security and regulatory compliance while supporting the operations team.

The role requires 7–10+ years in logistics management, strong contracting skills with carriers and forwarders, and proficiency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years in logistics management or 3PL management with global, multi‑mode scope.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop logistics strategy, network analysis, mode mix optimization, insource vs outsource recommendations, and dual-sourcing for resilience.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and strategic providers to drive value for PKC NA.
• Lead sourcing activities: RFIs/RFQs, benchmarking, negotiations, and supplier selection.
