Job summary

FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking an Operations Handler in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, MX. This full-time role involves supporting reception of products and fulfillment of customer orders through standard operational processes to ensure timely, accurate material handling.

Key duties include safe loading/unloading, packaging checks, and paperwork handling. Minimum education is a middle school degree with basic English skills; relevant warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 55 lbs (25 kg) and move packages up to 150 lbs (68 kg) with equipment.
• Must be able to work variable shifts.
• Basic English skills required.
• General knowledge of warehouse operations and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Provides efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.
• Ensures proper labeling, content legality, weight, size, and insurance values.
• Prepares paperwork for pickup and delivery, such as airway bills and delivery records.
• Loads and unloads packages and maintains vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Assists in inventory checks and product handling as needed.
