Freudenberg is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and customer service professional to monitor customer portals, manage shipping plans, and ensure timely ASN and samples shipments. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory, cycle counts, BOM data, and ERP transactions while coordinating with brokers for import/export compliance.

Ideal candidates have a degree in administration, international trade, logistics, or engineering, plus experience with OEM accounts and SAP MM.

Qualifications

• Degree in administration, international trade, logistics, industrial or engineering.
• Experience in OEM accounts (Ford, Chrysler, GM) or customer service is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of customer platforms and logistics processes (SOs, OTIF, BOM, ERP).
• English proficiency is expected at a professional level.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain daily customer portals and communications.
• Provide shipping plans and manage spot sales orders.
• oversee ASN activity and samples shipments.
• Track finish goods inventory and cycle counts to 99.9% accuracy.
• Coordinate import/export and customs clearance with brokers and carriers.
