Job summary

Freudenberg Management (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is seeking a warehouse professional in Querétaro to manage inbound/outbound movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. The role oversees receipt, storage, and shipment, and coordinates schedules to optimize warehouse space and flow.

The ideal candidate will ensure procedures are followed, maintain accurate inventories, and liaise with internal/external customers and stakeholders to support efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming and outgoing movement and storage of materials and products.
• Accountable for all materials/supplies in stores; audit goods received into warehouse.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials with reporting per procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping/receiving to control flow and warehouse space.
• Ensure effectiveness of procedures, space utilization, and protection of facilities/equipment.
• Coordinate inventories and stock levels.
• Interact with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
