Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Querétaro to lead day-to-day shipping office activities and guide floor operations. The role ensures fulfillment of site logistics, coordinates with planners, and acts as the liaison between the site shipping department and the Global Logistics team.

You will prepare documentation, maintain records, and manage domestic and international shipping, including ERP transactions. Strong Excel skills and prior shipping experience are required.

• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Coordinate activities and provide guidance between the shipping floor and office.
• Liaison between site shipping department and Global Logistics Department.
• Prepare documentation, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for product shipment.
• Maintain shipping records and provide tracking/shipping history to customers on request.
• Prepare shipping paperwork for domestic and international orders and complete shipping transactions in ERP systems.
• Review open customer orders daily to meet shipping schedules and dates.
• Coordinate shipping of all freight by contacting freight carriers.
• Communicate shipping volumes and priorities with Logistics leadership to optimize resources.
• Use Freight Rater and other tools to obtain best rates and service.
• Ensure Freight Payment Policy is followed and audit freight bills.
• Document new or changed procedures and identify training needs.
